You can ask Claude (the company AI app) to look things up and do office work in myWork for you: "where is this product?", "what's waiting for my review?", "raise a PO for…". Each co-worker is a myWork connector in Claude, shaped around one job, plus a skill that tells Claude how that job is done properly.
The three rules
- It works as you. It signs in with your myWork login. It can only see and do what you can in myWork, and every change is recorded under your name.
- It asks before it changes anything. For any change (creating a task, placing an order, sending a message) Claude first shows you exactly what it will do and waits for your yes.
- Office actions, not floor. A co-worker can create, place, email and book. It never receives, collects or dispatches goods, posts a receipt or short-closes an order. A chat cannot see the goods, so those stay on the floor screens.
Set up (once per co-worker)
The connectors and skills are already added for the whole company.
- In Claude open Settings → Connectors.
- Find the co-worker you need, for example myWork Stock, and press Connect.
- The normal myWork login page opens. Log in, then press Allow.
Connect only the co-workers for your job. To see which ones you are connected to, or to disconnect, go to My Profile → My API Tokens → Connect Claude to myWork in myWork.
The connectors were renewed on 16 October 2026. If a co-worker you used before now says it is not connected, press Connect on it again (once for each co-worker you use).
