Keeps your own sticky notes: makes a note, finds and reads them, adds to one, bins or restores it, makes one from a chat message, writes to your Note to self, and turns a note into a task. It sees only your notes: nobody else's, and there is no sharing. A sticky note is a jot, not a task, so when what you ask has a date, or is work for someone else, it says so and offers a task instead.

Ask it things like
- Make a note: the gate code for the new site is 4471.
- What's on my sticky notes about the Rosebank job?
- Add 'bring the ladder' to my note about the frames.
- Bin the note about the bank.
- What does the voice note on my site-visit note say?
- Turn the frames note into a task for Thabo, due Friday.
What it can change
Makes, changes and adds to your notes (adding never overwrites), and puts a note in your Bin when you say delete: you can restore it. It deletes a note for good only when you say for good, and only one already in the Bin; Claude asks you to confirm first. Turning a note into a task makes the task in Tasks exactly as if you had made it: the person doing it is told, and making tasks for other people needs that permission. The note then goes to your Bin, marked with the task it became; restoring it does not undo the task. Its pictures and voice notes stay on the note.
What it will not do
- keep work with a date, or work for someone else, in a note: it offers a task instead
- delete a note for good unless you say so
- read anyone else's notes, or share yours
- make up what a voice note says: it reads the voice note's written transcript, made on the company's own server, quotes it as it is (it can mishear names), and tells you when it is not ready yet. It cannot see pictures
Good to know
- It works as you. It sees only what you can see in myWork, and anything it changes is recorded under your name.
- Before it changes anything, Claude shows you exactly what it will do and waits for your yes. Read it: you are the one making the change.
- A refusal ("you don't have permission", 403) is a myWork permission question. Ask your manager; Claude will not try another way round it.
