What it can change
Creates, places and emails purchase orders; drafts and places local receipts and shipments; places and approves external service orders; quotes, books, tracks and cancels couriers. Emailing a supplier and booking a carrier reach outside the company, so it always asks first.
What it will not do
- receive, collect, dispatch, post a receipt or short-close, or say it happened
- email a supplier or book a carrier without your yes
- invent an address, a price or a quantity
Good to know
- It works as you. It sees only what you can see in myWork, and anything it changes is recorded under your name.
