Helps a manager run their team: assign and review tasks, see what the team worked on and their hours, set up and run projects, and send chat messages. It only ever sees the people you manage.

Ask it things like
- What's waiting for my review?
- Assign this to Thabo by Friday.
- Who has nothing on this week?
- How many hours did my team work last week?
- Message Juan that the count is moved to Monday.
- Set up the Riverside project from the template, due 30 Nov, and add Thabo to it.
- Which of my projects are overdue, and what is each one waiting for?
What it can change
Creates, assigns, publishes and delegates tasks; rates a task or sends it back with your grade and your words; sends a chat message under your name, only after you approve the exact text.
Projects. Most of what the project pages do: creates a project (blank or from a template) with its milestones, edits it, starts, completes, reopens or cancels a milestone, adds tasks and links, saves the summary, and adds people to the project. It also reads the timeline and, if you hold the Project report permission, the portfolio report. Acceptance-test results, client sign-offs and production work orders are still recorded on the project page. It shows you the plan and waits for your yes before it creates anything.
What it will not do
- grade a task or send it back without your decision
- close a milestone that still has required work open, unless you say so after it shows you what is open
- cancel a project or a milestone without your reason (cancelling a whole project is its project manager's or an administrator's call)
- send a message you did not approve word for word
- draw conclusions about a person from idle time: it is a prompt to ask, not a verdict
- approve hours, leave or disciplinary steps (those stay in myWork)
Good to know
- It works as you. It sees only what you can see in myWork, and anything it changes is recorded under your name.
- Before it changes anything, Claude shows you exactly what it will do and waits for your yes. Read it: you are the one making the change.
- A refusal ("you don't have permission", 403) is a myWork permission question. Ask your manager; Claude will not try another way round it.
