What it can change
Creates and edits sales orders and drafts, places them, creates sales shipments, customers and credit notes. Several of these write to Unleashed, so Claude shows exactly what it will send and waits for your yes.
What it will not do
- pick, pack, dispatch or receive goods, or say that happened
- create a customer before searching for an existing one
- invent a price, a delivery date or an address
Good to know
- It works as you. It sees only what you can see in myWork, and anything it changes is recorded under your name.
- Before it changes anything, Claude shows you exactly what it will do and waits for your yes. Read it: you are the one making the change.
- A refusal ("you don't have permission", 403) is a myWork permission question. Ask your manager; Claude will not try another way round it.
