What it can change
Starts, pauses, resumes and completes a repair unit you are allowed to work on. Completing needs the outcome and notes from you.
What it will not do
- complete a unit without your outcome and notes
- raise a repair, add a unit or book a part
Good to know
- It works as you. It sees only what you can see in myWork, and anything it changes is recorded under your name.
- Before it changes anything, Claude shows you exactly what it will do and waits for your yes. Read it: you are the one making the change.
- A refusal ("you don't have permission", 403) is a myWork permission question. Ask your manager; Claude will not try another way round it.
