Your own tasks, and projects with their milestones: what is open, what is due, setting a project up and moving the work along.

Ask it things like
- My open tasks?
- Create a task to check the D_MAIN labels by Friday.
- I'm done with TASK-000123.
- Create a project for the Riverside install with milestones: site survey by 20 Oct, design sign-off, build, commissioning by 30 Nov.
- Set up a new project from the company template.
- What is the second milestone of the Riverside project waiting for?
- What's my KPI this month?
What it can change
Creates a task, publishes it, starts it, records the result and finishes it for review.
Projects. Creates a project, blank or copied from a template or an earlier project, adds its milestones in order, starts a milestone, and creates or links tasks on a milestone. Before it creates a project it shows you the title, the project manager, the target date and the numbered list of milestones, and waits for your yes. A task added to a milestone that has not started yet is held: the person it is for sees it only when the milestone starts. Changing a project changes only what you asked for; everything else stays as it was.
What it will not do
- mark someone else's work finished for them
- rate or grade a task: that is the manager's call
- invent an assignee, a deadline, a milestone or a result
- get round the project rules: starting a project needs the Projects permission, and changing one needs you to be its project manager, in its department, or added to it
Good to know
- It works as you. It sees only what you can see in myWork, and anything it changes is recorded under your name.
- Before it changes anything, Claude shows you exactly what it will do and waits for your yes. Read it: you are the one making the change.
- A refusal ("you don't have permission", 403) is a myWork permission question. Ask your manager; Claude will not try another way round it.
