What this guide covers
How a mover works several Move Orders together instead of one at a time. Bulk Pick groups order lines so you can collect them, drop them, and (for collections) accept them from one screen. It is the mover's main working surface. For how Move Orders work end to end, see Move Orders.
Where to find it
Open Warehouse → Bulk Pick in the left menu. (You need the Move Order — Mover role plus access to the relevant area.)
Pick a direction and an area
Choose Delivery or Collection with the toggle, then pick an Area. The area means the destination for a delivery, or the source for a collection. The list shows that area's move-order lines, grouped per order, and only the items you can pick right now. Switching direction re-lists only the areas that have work in that direction.
Direct deliveries (to a person)
Some deliveries are addressed to a person, not an area ("deliver to me" — created with no area). These appear in the Delivery area selector under a special entry: "Direct deliveries (to a person)". Choose it to see and collect every personal delivery, exactly like an area — collect each line, drop it off to the requester, who then accepts it. The entry only shows while at least one personal delivery is waiting. See Delivery to a person.
Delivery: collect each item, then drop all
- Collect — on an item card tap Collect, choose the source location (scan a bin QR or filter), enter the quantity and confirm. For serialized products, pick the specific serial(s). Collecting reserves that line to you, so two movers can split the same order without clashing.
- Drop all — once you have carried everything across, tap Drop all I collected for this area — every item you collected is marked dropped in one action.
Collection: collect, drop, then accept
In Collection mode the stock is collected from the area and brought to Stores. The receiving side then accepts each item (the digital hand-over) — tap Accept on the card, or open the order with the Open link.
Tips
- Each card shows the MO number and an Open link to the full order screen, where you can do the collect / drop / accept steps individually and see the progress strip.
- A line stays reserved to the mover who started collecting it for a short while, then frees again if untouched — so nothing gets stuck if someone steps away.
- Only stock that genuinely exists in the source (Stores for a delivery, the area for a collection) is offered.
