The Sales section (left menu) gives you the Unleashed sales records inside myWork: Sales Orders, Sales Order Drafts, Sales Shipments, Invoices, Credit Notes, Customers and Dispatch Reconciliation. Lists read from myWork's local copy (kept fresh by background sync) so they load fast; the Sync button on each screen pulls the latest from Unleashed on demand.
Suppliers are not in the Sales menu. They sit under Procurement & Logistics → Suppliers.
Finding things
Every list has a search box (matches numbers, customer name/code and more) and most have a status filter. Status shows as a colour chip (Placed, Parked, Completed, Dispatched, …). Products and customers show the descriptive name first with the [CODE] underneath. Click a row's number to open its detail.
The screens
Sales Orders — browse orders, open one to see lines and shipments, and start a new order with New Sales Order.
Sales Order Drafts — the myWork-local drafts you are building before they are pushed to Unleashed. Open it from Sales → Sales Order Drafts or the Drafts button on the Sales Orders list. The draft flow is described in Sales Orders.
Sales Shipments — the desktop management list for customer-bound shipments: place, book a courier, print. The phone version for the floor is under Shipping & Receiving → Sales Shipments.
Sales Invoices — read-only; Unleashed generates them from orders and shipments.
Credit Notes — browse/open, and raise a New Free Credit.
Customers — browse/open, and (with permission) Add Customer or Edit.
Dispatch Reconciliation — a read-only report of shipments Unleashed has already dispatched that still hold staged stock in myWork. Needs the SalesShipmentReconcileReport permission.
Suppliers — read-only, under Procurement & Logistics → Suppliers; add/edit happens in the Unleashed app.
See the dedicated guide for each screen.
Good to know
Creating or editing here writes to the live Unleashed account (the ERP) — they are real records, so double-check before saving.
What you can see and do is controlled by your permissions; some screens may be read-only or hidden for you.
