My Learning: your daily check
My Learning gives you a couple of quick questions each day to keep your know-how fresh. It takes about two minutes, and it is low-stakes: nothing here blocks your work.
How it works
Doing your check
- On your dashboard you will see a Today's learning tile whenever questions are waiting (and a My Learning shortcut is there any time). Tap it.
- Answer one question at a time: pick an option and tap Submit answer.
- You get instant feedback: whether you were right, a short explanation, and a link to the source KB article if you want to read more.
- Tap Next question until you are done. "All caught up for today" means you have finished.
Good to know
- Questions are picked for your role, so you only get what is relevant to your job.
- Get one wrong? It quietly comes back another day, sooner than the ones you got right; that is how it sticks (spaced repetition).
- It is low-stakes: your answers feed a positive learning signal on your KPI, but nothing here blocks or gates your work.
- Nothing waiting? You will see "All caught up"; come back tomorrow.
