What My Schedule shows
My Schedule is your agreed working week, the Monday-to-Sunday shape of your shifts, plus everything that changes it for a day or for good: shifts your manager assigns to you, your own custom-schedule (overtime) requests, proposed changes to your standing pattern, and an audit trail. Open it from the My Schedule card in the My stuff section of the Dashboard's My Day tab. The page header reads "Your agreed working schedule and any pending change proposals from your manager or HR."
The four tabs
My Schedule
Your current working pattern. Three states:
- No template assigned — an empty card: "Your manager or HR hasn't set up a working schedule for you yet." Nothing for you to do.
- Template in place — two summary cards, Working hours and Break hours per week, then a day-by-day table with Day, Working Day (a green Working tag or a blue Rest day tag), Start and End. If your pattern rotates over more than one week, a Week column shows Wk 1, Wk 2 and so on. A footer line names your base policy, mandatory break minutes and overtime policy.
- Upcoming change accepted — a blue banner above the table: the new schedule's start date and summary, and when you accepted it. The current schedule stays in effect until the change applies.
Custom Schedules
Everything about one-off changes to your hours:
- Shifts Assigned to You — your manager has rostered you onto a shift and needs your answer. Each row shows the manager, date, times and their message. Approve accepts the shift; Reject declines it.
- Shift Cancellations to Acknowledge — your manager wants to cancel a shift you already approved. Acknowledge removes it and clears any overtime from that day; Keep shift declines the cancellation and the shift stays approved.
- Request a custom schedule — a one-off change to your normal hours for a single day: starting earlier, finishing later, or working a day you are not rostered. Pick the Date, Start Time and End Time, add a reason if you like, and click Submit Custom Schedule Request. Once approved those hours become authorised and count toward your week; authorised hours beyond your contracted week are paid as overtime. Hours worked without an approved custom schedule show as unauthorised until a manager authorises them. There is also an Emergency Leave option for leaving early on the day.
- Manager Counter-Proposed Times — your manager changed the times on one of your requests. Accept takes the new times; Reject declines them.
- My Custom Schedule Requests — every request you have made, with Date, Requested Times, Reason, Status and the manager's Comment, and a cancel button while it is still pending.
A custom schedule changes when you are expected to work on that day. It does not change your standing schedule, and by itself it does not set a pay rate; see My Hours: your hours and pay, how it works.
Schedule Change Requests
Every proposed change to your standing working pattern, whether you, your manager or HR raised it, with a badge counting the pending ones. Each row shows Status, Requested by (with a timestamp), the Proposed change with the requester's reason, and the Effective date. While a row is pending you have two buttons:
- Accept — confirms "Your new working schedule will be visible immediately and will start applying from tomorrow."
- Reject — asks for a reason before you can submit.
Activity
A chronological audit log of everything that happened to your schedule: When, Actor (a person, or System for automated changes), Event and Summary.
Using My Schedule
- Check the My Schedule tab when you start, and whenever HR or your manager tells you your pattern is changing.
- Answer anything waiting on the Custom Schedules tab: assigned shifts, cancellations and counter-proposals all block until you respond.
- Raise a custom-schedule request before working outside your hours, so the time is authorised rather than unauthorised.
- Accept or reject proposals on Schedule Change Requests; a change only applies once both sides agree.
