What this guide covers
My Day is the tab everyone lands on — your personal home. It pulls together what needs you today, your live clock status, a row of attention strips, your personal shortcuts, and the assembly work assigned to you. This explains each part.
Who sees it: everyone. The other dashboard tabs (Admin, Management Portal, Calendar) appear depending on your role. See The Dashboard for the overview.
The sections
Needs your attention
Appears only when you have something waiting. It can include:
- Pending approvals — leave, custom-schedule and OT cancellation requests waiting on you or another chain manager. "Open queue" takes you to the approvals page. See Pending Approvals.
- Attendance warnings on you — warnings raised against you that you can justify. Each row has a "Justify" button, and "Review & justify →" opens the full list. See My Hours: your hours and pay, how it works.
- EDMS Actions Required — controlled documents you need to Sign, Review, Approve or Claim, with a count badge for each. The "Open Signing Queue" button opens the File Viewer.
- Documents available to claim — documents whose owner has released them, ready for any author to claim. See How controlled documents work (EDMS).
- Inbox: Reviews Required and Inbox: Approvals Required — the documents waiting on your vote.
Beside this zone an Events panel may appear. It shows RSVPs needed, the "Next up" event, new announcements and (for event admins) today's birthdays, with a "View all in My Events" link. You can dismiss it with the cross; it comes back when there is something new.
My day
Your identity band: photo or initials, "Welcome back," and your name, your position and manager, a "My Profile" link, and your live clock-in status tag (green when clocked in, red when out). If remote attendance is enabled for you, the Clock In / Clock Out control sits directly beneath the tag — see Clock in and out remotely.
On the right is today's timeline ribbon of work and breaks, a "Total time logged" clock, a weekly-hours ring when you have a weekly goal, and three chips: "Logged", "First check-in" and "Breaks".
Attention strips
Between "My day" and "My stuff" a row of slim strips appears only when there is something to act on:
- My Tasks — the number of open tasks assigned to you; tap to open your task list. See My Tasks and My KPI.
- Products awaiting classification — Finance only; products the floor is waiting on.
- Sign for — equipment being handed over to you that needs your signed acceptance. See My Assigned Equipment.
- Equipment requests waiting — equipment admins only.
- Assets awaiting a tag — fixed-asset admins only.
- Today's learning — questions due today. See My Learning: your daily check.
My stuff (quick links)
One-tap shortcuts to your personal pages — these replaced the old "My Stuff" menu. You only see the ones your role allows, so the grid varies from person to person. The full set is:
- My Inventory — with your item count.
- My Learning — questions due today.
- My Payslip — view and download.
- My Assigned Equipment — equipment, assets and gear you hold.
- Request Equipment — ask for gear you don't hold.
- Quick Label — mark an item, shelf or tool.
- Dispatch Package — create and courier a package out.
- My Expenses — capture a petty or card expense.
- My Cards — take or return company cards.
- Request consumables — for you or your area.
- My Store — browse and order from Stores; shows your basket count.
- My Leave — with a badge for pending requests. See My Leave.
- My Schedule — see My Schedule.
- My Events — with a badge for RSVPs needed.
- My Hours — see My Hours: your hours and pay, how it works.
- My Overtime — only if you are overtime-eligible.
- My Department — view team structure.
- My Incidents — with a badge when an acknowledgement is waiting. See My Incidents: if an incident is raised about you.
- Stock Counts — with a badge for count tickets assigned to you.
- New Delivery and New Collection — start a move order. See Move Orders — request, collect and drop off stock.
"My Gear" no longer exists as a page or card. Anything you still hold in the old per-user bins now shows on My Assigned Equipment.
My work
Appears only when you have active assembly tasks. A single My Assemblies card shows how many assembly tasks are ready for you to build, with an "Open My Assemblies" button. Work Orders are deliberately not linked from the dashboard; open them from the Warehouse menu.
Good to know
- Cards appear only when relevant — a quiet day shows fewer of them. An empty "Needs your attention" means you're all caught up.
- It's a launchpad — each card links to the page that does the work.
- Badges on the quick-link cards are live counts, so the grid doubles as a to-do list.
