Dashboard: the Calendar tab

Edit

What this guide covers

The Calendar tab is your personal calendar on the dashboard — a month view of the dates that matter to you, so you don't have to dig through separate screens to see what's coming.

Who sees it: everyone with a dashboard.

What's on it

One card headed My Personal Calendar. It is a standard calendar control: a month grid with previous / next navigation and a today button, and events shown as coloured blocks on their days. Click any event to see its details. Times are shown in your device's local time zone.

Typically it surfaces your shifts, leave, public holidays and other schedule-relevant dates at a glance — a quick personal "what's coming" view.

Managers also get a Team Leave Calendar over on the Management Portal tab for planning around the team's absences. That is the team view, built as a pill grid with a "+N more" marker on busy days. This Calendar tab is your own.

Good to know

  • It's a read-at-a-glance view — to request leave use My Leave: apply, edit, cancel and return early; to see your working pattern use My Schedule.
  • Use the month navigation to plan ahead.
  • Nothing is edited here. If a date looks wrong, fix it at the source (your leave request or your schedule) and the calendar follows.
  • My Schedule — your working pattern and any upcoming changes.
  • My Leave, My Leave: apply, edit, cancel and return early — booking and tracking your time off.
  • Dashboard: the My Day tab, Dashboard: the Management Portal tab, Dashboard: the Admin tab.
