Dashboard: the Calendar tab

Dashboard: the Calendar tab

What this guide covers

The Calendar tab is your personal calendar on the dashboard — a month view of the dates that matter to you, so you don't have to dig through separate screens to see what's coming.

Who sees it: everyone with a dashboard.

What's on it

A familiar month grid with day pills marking your relevant dates, and previous / next month navigation to look ahead or back. Days with several entries show a "+N more" indicator so the grid stays readable.

Typically it surfaces your leave and other schedule-relevant dates at a glance — a quick personal "what's coming" view.

Managers also get a Team Leave Calendar over on the Management Portal tab for planning around the team's absences — that's the team view; this Calendar tab is your own.

Good to know

  • It's a read-at-a-glance view — to request leave use Apply for leave; to see your working pattern use My Schedule.
  • Use the month arrows to plan ahead.
  • "+N more" means that day has more entries than fit — the day is busier than the pills show.
  • My Schedule — your working pattern and any upcoming changes.
  • Apply for leave · My Leave — booking and tracking your time off.
  • Dashboard: the My Day tab · the Management Portal tab · the Admin tab.
