Sales ? Credit Notes lists your Unleashed credit notes. Search by credit/invoice number or customer, filter by status, and open one to see the header plus its lines (product, quantity, credit quantity, credit price, line total, reason, return-to-stock).
Raising a free credit
Click New Free Credit, then:
- Enter the Customer Code (and an optional reference).
- Add lines - Product Code, Credit Qty, Unit Price.
- Click Create credit.
This creates a standalone credit note in Unleashed. Invoice-linked credits are created in Unleashed directly (not from here). Creating a credit writes to the live Unleashed account and requires the Credit-Note write permission.
